The Howard Hughes Corp. broke ground Wednesday on its 43-story, 424-unit mixed-use high rise condominium project that’s part of its 60-acre Ward Village master-planned community in the Honolulu neighborhood of Kakaako.
The $219 million Ke Kilohana project, which includes 375 workforce housing units, will have a 23,000-square-foot Longs Drugs store on the ground floor. The developer has spent $10.5 million thus far on Ke Kilohana. (continue)
