  • CDS International welcomes Rocky Ipalari to the firm.  Rocky will serve as an Architectural Technician. His experience includes commercial and retail renovation projects throughout Hawaii.  Rocky received his Associate in Science degree in Architectural, Engineering, and CAD Technologies from Honolulu Community College.

  • The 74,500 square foot Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing Design-build project was developed in conjunction with Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company for Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. The project provides 96 living units, to house 192 soldiers.

  • CDS International welcomes Brett Yamashita to our team as a Project Manager with 25 years of experience in Hospitality, Educational, Retail, and Commercial projects across the Pacific.

  • A groundbreaking ceremony for the new, replacement Aiea Public Library was conducted on the site of the former Aiea Sugar Mill on Saturday, March 16.  Governor Neil Abercrombie and other invited dignitaries attended and participated in the ceremony.

  • Matthew has been promoted to Associate. Matthew Chung received his architecture doctorate in 2007 from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and recently became a licensed architect in the State of Hawaii. As a project architect he plays an important role in the development of CDS’ Building Information Modeling program (BIM).

  • Christopher has been promoted to Associate. As a sustainable design specialist, Christopher Parker is responsible for leading the office in the implementation of sustainable design strategies for architectural projects and keeping the office in the forefront of ‘green building’ standards.
