CDS International welcomes Rocky Ipalari to the firm.  Rocky will serve as an Architectural Technician. His experience includes commercial and retail renovation projects throughout Hawaii.  Rocky received his Associate in Science degree in Architectural, Engineering, and CAD Technologies from Honolulu Community College.

The 74,500 square foot Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing Design-build project was developed in conjunction with Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company for Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. The project provides 96 living units, to house 192 soldiers.
