DAGS Kona Baseyard project achieves LEED Gold

The State of Hawaii Department of Accounting and General Services Kona Baseyard has achieved LEED Gold exceeding the design team’s initial goal of Silver.  The 11,000 sf complex features natural daylight, energy efficient lighting and recycled content in some of its building materials.  The facility supports maintenance operations for state-owned public buildings for west Hawaii Island.

This is CDS International’s fifth LEED Certified project to date.
