CDS International is pleased to announce that Hong-ji Kuo, RA, LEED AP BD+C has been named a Senior Associate.  Mr. Kuo has been involved in projects ranging from feasibility, zoning and planning studies to development management, architectural design, codes and regulations review and construction administration, in both California and Hawaii. Recent projects include Pacific Club Renovation, University of Hawaii Frear Hall Student Housing, and Operations Facility at Pearl Harbor.
