The Pacific Club Main Clubhouse Renovation project focused on improvements to the Club’s main building, originally constructed in 1959. Some scope items in this project had been deferred during the last general renovation of the facility, which was completed in 1994 and also designed by CDS International.Spaces addressed were the main kitchen, Card Room, Courtyard Dining Room and men’s and women’s restrooms. In addition to interior modifications and improvements, the building’s flat roofed areas were reroofed. The functionality of the facility’s service/loading area was also improved with the addition of a walk-in freezer, ramped access, a protective canopy, exterior door opening to the existing elevator and replacement of a walk-in cooler.
