The University of Hawaii’s Frear Hall, a 12-story student residence, is awarded LEED® Silver by the U.S. Green Building Council. Frear Hall is the first completed building at the University of Hawaii’s 10-campus system to achieve the LEED® Silver rating and the largest LEED certified project in the state.
