University of Hawaii’s Frear Hall Ready to Open

Frear Hall, the first new dormitory in 30 years is ready to open at the University of Hawai’i-Manoa. The 810-person dorm gives the university the ability to perform much-needed repairs to existing dorms and meet the large demand for on-campus housing.
